I liked the smiling, warm, nice English speaking staff...

I liked the smiling, warm, nice English speaking staff members. The room was clean, as always, and the bed comfortable. I live on district 12 and sometimes go to district 1 to play pool matches, or to see friends. I always look for this hotel. Great value, right in the middle of it all. You dont hear any noise either.

Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff, looked after me and my bike.

It was cheap and ẹnoyable, easy access to down town..

There was a balcony to smoke on, the room was big as well, bed was comfortable and it had a lot of storage space.

Air conditioner went out last 5 days I was there.

The flatscreen TV & aircon.

Everything else..We couldn't change rooms & we couldn't get a refund. This hotel has NO RESTAURANT as advertised..

Avoid at all costs.

The students who work there for free were very friendly.

False advertising! Nothing was like the pictures on the website. We had no hot water, the aircon broke down & our shower heaf was replaced by a hand-held shower head. The location is so far out of tcity centre that you have to spend too much money on taxi fare..

Excellent staffs.

Hotel looks empty, restaurant was closed. I don't know if this is due to low season or they are running out of business. We changed rooms multiple times(door cannot be locked, no latch, bathroom was dirty).

The location, very quiet, the owner is so nice, the breakfast was very good and you can borrow bicycles to visit Hoï An or to go around. Very good place to stay!

Great stay for comfort & money

Great value for money, quiet spot to stay, close to the main road & food. Bed was super comfortable and warm water.

Don't rely on any maps or people to help you to find this place. Keep walking down the street off the main road for about 5-10 mins, look for the big blue sign saying 'Mekong' on your left hand side

Hotel was great! Very good price for 11 nights and staff cleaned room very well.

I like opportunity that I could work on my laptop there. I had mobile internet and signal was okay and in this room I had office table with charger. Everything was okay, close by a lot of street food and also close was supermarket so I could buy what I need and want. Perfect!

Maybe shame is that this property is not so easy to find it. First I had problem with my mobile phone because of battery so I could not use my GPS locator. But some Vietnamese people called for me GrabBike and he helped me. But also had very big problem to find this hotel and after a lot of asking on street we found it. But it took quite so much time.

Good place for comfortable staying but not good location for tourists

Very good price, room has working table, very good bed, bathroom has bath, quiet room. Good place for comfortable staying as for long as for short time.

Waiting check-in for a long time, mishmash during check-in - about 10 minutes after check-in staff asked me move to another room, not good location - far from city center, not enough AC sockets and no AC sockets near working table.

Quiet place and staff are so trusting to its guests.

It should help if there is someone who can speak English for better communication and I hope they accept card payment next time.
